Court rules in favor of Porsche over Paul
Walker’s car crash
Rodas and Walker were in a Porsche
which hit a tree and caught fire in
November 2013, killing both occupants.
The suit was filed by Rodas’ wife, Kristine
Rodas, but the judge ruled that she
couldn’t prove that Porsche was
responsible for the accident.
U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez in
his ruling on Monday said Rodas didn’t
have enough evidence to validate claims
that the Porsche Carrera GT which Walker
and Rodas were in lacked several key
safety features. He also threw out her
claims that the car’s suspension failed.

Kristine Rodas’ attorney, Mark Geragos,
has said they plan to appeal the
judgement.
