Imo State has been ranked among
the top 5 richest states in
Nigeria.
According to a compilation
by Nigeriainfopedia website, Imo
ranked 5th on their list.
The report states that Imo state has
been hospitable and
accommodating for businesses and
industralization to thrive.
It further
notes that the current rise in the
economic strength is credited to our
rich natural resources.
With a GDP of $14.24 billion, Imo
state ranks 5th behind Oyo, Delta,
Rivers and Lagos state topping the
list.
