At the IMO State University 8th Convocation ceremony which ended today in Owerri at the School premises,

Prof. Pat Utomi while speaking at the Pre-convocation lecture on a topic he titled:

Strategic financial management in the Education sector;

threw a major shade at the President and federal government of Nigeria where he said that:

Nigeria is a Country ruled by CERTIFICATED ILLITERATES.

Gov. Rochas Okorocha was present at the Event, an APC governor and also a very close ally to the President.
