The Collation officer of the the
Independent National Electoral Commission
(INEC), Mrs. Ekwi Adebisa, who was arrested by
detectives of the Nigeria Police Force for
colluding with Rotimi Amaechi, Nigeria’s minister
for Transport, in the plot to rig the Rivers rerun
elections has been released on bail on the orders
of the Inspector General of Police.

News of Mrs. Adebisa’s arrest went viral on
Sunday after The Trent reported that she was
contracted by Amaechi , a chieftain of the All
Progressives Congress (APC) to help in rigging
the Rivers rerun elections of Saturday, March 18,
2016.
