Earlier this week, Justin Bieber unfollowed Selena
Gomez on Instagram, prompting many to
speculate (again) about the status of this
famous couple.
But now a judge in Argentina has caused fans to
focus on something even more pressing than
their idol's future with Selena:
Might Justin Bieber be headed to jail?!?
Judge Facundo Cubas has told Interpol to use all
“necessary means” in order to alert Bieber to the
fact that he has 60 days to appear before a
court in his South American country.
The artist has been accused of sending
bodyguards to attack a photographer outside a
Buenos Aires nightclub on November 9, 2013.
Argentine photographer Diego Pesoa says he
was chased down and beaten by Bieber’s
entourage near the the INK nightclub while the
singer and his pals partied inside.
This isn't the first (or second... or third... or
fourth...) time that Bieber has been accused of
using his bodyguards to attack members of the
paparazzi.
One of his employees was arrested for stealing a
photographer’s camera in February, while
another bodyguard was caught on camera in
November of last year going after a journalist.
If convicted of this latest crime, Bieber could
face a year in prison.
