Today has been declared as a HORN FREE DAY
in Nigeria's commercial capital, Lagos.The Lagos
State government few weeks ago directed today
be observed as horn free day as part of its
campaign to reduce noise pollution in the
State.But report reaching CKN Nigeria from all
parts of the State has it that motorists are not
observing the directive..Some of the claim not to
be aware of the directive while others opined
that it will be practically impossible to drive
around the traffic prone city without the use of horn.
