According to TMZ, the late Fashion Police
host, died because she went into hypoxic
arrest during her throat procedure, lack of
oxygen supply to her brain. The medical
examiner is calling it a "predictable
complication".
The report says Joan was sedated with
Propofol
during the procedure which was meant to
evaluate changes in her voice and to deal
with
acid reflux.
As a result, she suffered brain damage due to
lack of oxygen.
