Mamelodi Sun-downs midfielder Lindokuhle
Mbatha is confident that Bafana Bafana will
qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations next year.
Having played out a 1-1 draw with Congo in
Polokwane last week, South Africa top Group A
with eight points, one ahead of Congo in second.
The 29-year-old
Mbatha, who is
currently sidelined by
injury, believes
without a doubt that
Shakes Mashaba’s
side will make it to
next year’s
showpiece.
Speaking to
Football411, he said: “We will definitely beat
Sudan and Nigeria next month, because the boys
are doing well at the moment.
“In my opinion I think it was not the best game
but all that matters is we did not lose, maybe the
bad weather also contributed. I am 100 percent
sure that we will go through.”
